3. Click & Conversion Data
Each click through a Komorebi tracking link records the click ID, timestamp, IP address, user agent, country, device type, and publisher ID. This data is used solely for attribution and fraud prevention.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with advertisers in aggregate form for reporting purposes. IP addresses used for geolocation are processed locally using an offline database and are not shared with third parties.
5. Data Retention
Click and conversion data is retained for a minimum of 24 months to support reconciliation and dispute resolution. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 12 months after closure.
6. Cookies
The publisher portal uses a session cookie for authentication. This cookie is strictly necessary and does not track you across other websites.

8. Security
Passwords are stored using scrypt hashing. API keys use cryptographically random values. All connections should be made over HTTPS in production.
