Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Komorebi Media affiliate network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Publisher Accounts
Publisher accounts are subject to approval by Komorebi Media. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be transferred or shared.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Conversions are tracked using server-to-server postback technology. A valid click_id must be present in each postback for attribution. Komorebi Media deduplicates postbacks by click_id + event pair.
4. Payments
Payouts are calculated based on approved conversions following the monthly reconciliation process. Komorebi Media reserves the right to withhold payment for conversions that are found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of advertiser terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Generating artificial or fraudulent clicks or conversions
- Misrepresenting traffic sources in your application
- Using brand names or trademarks without authorisation
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
6. Termination
Komorebi Media may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Komorebi Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
